You can try entering the correct security access codes three consecutive times. For security reasons, the third time you enter the wrong password, the system locks your credentials and denies access to Online Banking.
To unlock them, you must contact our Call Center at 19322 (in Egypt) or +202 3535 2790/91 (if calling from abroad) and have your personal information authenticated.
The Call Center representatives, or any Bank employee for that matter, are not aware of your password and they cannot retrieve it for you. In case you do not remember it, you have to apply for a new password at your nearest ABK-Egypt branch.
